This townhome features three spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully arranged to provide both comfort and versatility: Primary Basement Suite: Head downstairs to find a serene and private King bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. The basement suite offers extra privacy and is ideal for couples, parents, or anyone who enjoys a little quiet time away from the rest of the group. The attached bathroom ensures maximum convenience and privacy. Double Queen Bedroom (Upstairs): This cozy, inviting room features two Queen beds, making it perfect for siblings, friends, or guests who don’t mind sharing a room but want their own bed. There’s plenty of space here to stretch out, unpack, and settle in. Queen + Twin Trundle Bedroom (Upstairs): This cheerful, flexible space includes one Queen bed plus a Twin Trundle setup, offering two separate beds that are especially great for kids or extra guests. The trundle pulls out smoothly and comfortably, ensuring everyone gets a good night’s sleep. Between the three bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests without anyone needing to resort to a couch or inflatable mattress.
