Outbuildings are not included in this rental. Other things to note This is a unique historic property, and it has its quirks! There are stairs throughout the home and small changes in flooring elevation between some of the rooms. The English basement ceiling height is not conducive to very tall guests - if you are more than about 6'3" you may leave with a bump on your head! The home is heated and cooled with mini splits which are very efficient and heat and cool the rooms quickly. Some of them are linked together however and must be run in the same mode (meaning you can't have AC in one room and heat in the other). Details for operation of units will be provided on check in. There is a fenced in back yard with a doggy door. Please ensure gates through the fence (there are 3) are properly latched before leaving your pet unattended as our home is on a fairly busy road.
