No parties (We do accommodate business retreats, church groups, family reunions, or family get-togethers if the total count of people is within our home capacity). 5. In addition to the quiet hours of 10 PM to 6 AM already listed, we kindly ask that you avoid gathering on the backyard deck after 10 PM and keep outdoor noise to a minimum. 6. We strive to provide a property in perfect shape; however, damage does occur, and systems require ongoing maintenance or repairs that may need some time to fix. Hence, please let us know if anything in the house is not working as expected. We greatly appreciate our guests' understanding if anything is being fixed. 7. We charge an additional fee for guests above the base occupancy. Please enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking. After your reservation is confirmed, we may request confirmation of the final guest count. If the guest count needs to be increased after booking due to an error or change, the total price may increase accordingly. Please note that we verify guest count using exterior security cameras installed at the property.
