This family-friendly condo offers ample space and convenience, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and two inviting living rooms. Guests can ski directly down to the glade, access the trails, and return to the condo with ease. Accommodating up to 8-10 guests comfortably, it is walk able to the base lodge & located along the winter shuttle route , making it an ideal mountain retreat. Please note that the fireplace is not available for use. The space The Beech Condos are ideally situated on Sugarloaf Mountain, providing unparalleled convenience and access to skiing, hiking, shopping & dining. The winter shuttle passes by the end of the parking lot which allows easy transportation throughout the mountain. Guests will benefit from two designated parking spots, with overflow parking available by the entrance dumpster or in Parking Lot E. Ski enthusiasts can glide down the slopes, traverse through the Glade to hit the slopes, and ski directly back to their condo. With a short walk, the condo is also accessible to the base lodge and its bars and restaurants. Designed with families and groups in mind, the entryway is spacious enough to accommodate all your gear. On the entry level, there is one bedroom featuring a queen bed and a single bed, along with a bathroom accessible directly from the bedroom. The main floor boasts an open-concept layout, perfect for socializing. The dining table comfortably seats your group, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything necessary for meal preparation. The cozy living room is ideal for family game nights; however, please note that the wood fireplace is unavailable due to insurance regulations. Ascending to the next level, you will find the master suite, which includes a private bathroom, a king-size bed, and a smart TV. A full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer is located above this level. The top floor features two additional bedrooms: one is designed for children with built-in bunk beds, while the other includes a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom, a single on top, and an additional single bed, accommodating up to four guests. Condo sleeps 10. The lower level of the condo serves as a fantastic space for children, complete with another TV, bean bags, a comfortable couch, and games. This area also provides convenient storage for your ski gear, as you can ski directly to the back door. The Beech Condos truly exemplify a mountain retreat!
