Please read the health and safety instructions posted next to the hot tub. 🔥 Fireplaces & outdoor layout Interior: wood stove (basement) + electric fireplace heating in the living room. Exterior: wood fireplace (wood provided): soft wood for the exterior, premium wood for the interior stove. Facilities: picnic table, 3-seater swing, chairs by the fire, patio set, rocking chairs and BBQ on the covered patio. 🍽️ Kitchen & Supplies Included: dish soap, condiments (salt, pepper, sugar), Keurig machine with capsules provided, sheets, towels, soap + shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels. 🗑️ Waste & Recycling Recycling bin: in the basement Returnable cans: recycling container outside Garbage: large outdoor trash can Please sort and take out the bins according to the instructions displayed on site. 🐾 Animals Accepted upon prior notice. Fee: $25/animal/stay. Rules: Animals are never left alone in the cottage. Leash mandatory on the paths of the Domaine. Collect excreta (bags available). Control barking. Liability: any breakage caused by an animal will be charged to the tenant. 📋 Rules In order to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please respect the following rules: Families with children are welcome. No motocross or other noisy vehicles on the Domaine des Appalaches site. Speed limit: 20 km/h at all times on the roads of the Domaine. No smoking or vaping inside the chalet. Pets allowed with reservation – prior notice required, leash required, excrement to be collected (bags provided). No cutting of trees or branches. Respect for the silence and tranquility of the neighborhood. Please read and apply the rules of the Domaine des Appalaches (available in the binder).
