Studio with a View work, relax, hike enjoy life

Your privacy will be respected as you enjoy easy access to everything from this central location. Access to laundry room across to the main house will be given with your own key access from the outside of the house. We are friendly as your hosts, but not intrusive!  The space Our property’s proximity to the studio is about 20 feet away with a garden in between our spaces. We share a common large parking lot. Other than that, we share a 5 acre property with a great view. We don’t pay attention much when someone comes or goes other than to be friendly if we happen to be out at the same time and make sure everything is working properly and that everything‘s OK. There is a 10 foot diameter 30” high pool available for a refreshing dip in the common area on the deck, with a Tahoe Mt. view; around the back of the deck is the area for the owners The tenants have their own area with chairs, table, lounge chair, and an umbrella. And they’re welcome to use the chairs on the front deck of the house when the sun changes to find Shade and to watch the birds in the flower, hummingbirds, deer and, Tom turkeys roaming about. Guest access The guest have access to the house, laundry room for their laundry anytime they give us notice within a few hours just enough time to remove our laundry if we have any in there. Guess also have access to a pool and lounge chairs in the back on the left side to enjoy the view. Other things to note Guest parking is on the far side of the parking lot. We park in front of the garage door out of the way so that turning is not a problem.
