The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two twin XL beds, providing flexibility for different sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom is equipped with a dresser and Roku TV. Each bedroom also has nightstands with numerous USB ports for easy access to charge multiple items. The king bedroom has a closet. Twin xl room has a closet but beds have to be moved to be opened. Just let us know if you need the closet and we will have it adjusted for you! Both rooms have black out curtains. There is a queen air mattress located in the king bedroom as well that you can use in the living room. Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and large shelf for items. Stocked with method body wash, specialty bath salts, full size shampoo and conditioner bottles and large size towels. The kitchen and dining room are equipped with all cooking essentials including a Kitchen Aid, toaster, and blender . Included is also a beverage station with a Keurig single serve, and coffee pot. The fridge will have complimentary drinks as well! Numerous glassware and plates and space to make a wonderful home cooked meal! Combo washer/dryer is on site as well with complimentary pods. The fully fenced private backyard includes a patio table for six as well as a patio couch with propane firepit and an umbrella . Numerous yard games are also included such as giant Jenga, ladder golf, and cornhole toss. Putting area is installed! Full backyard completion spring 2026. Please message if traveling with pets. We do accept up to two non shedding hypoallergenic house trained dogs up to 40lbs. All paws must be wiped before coming back inside and no dogs allowed on the furniture please. Pet fee applies per dog and renter responsible if any damage happens to furniture, walls, and carpet. Dogs are not to be left home alone. The house is located just off Main Street and minutes from I-15. Shopping: Within 3 miles to Costco, Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Ulta, 5 Below, Famous Foot ware, Ross, Poppy’s bookstore and more! Provo town center, university mall, The Riverwoods are just a 15-20 min ride as well! Restaurants: Within 3 miles to Chik Fil A, McDs, Wendy’s, Chipotle, Panda Express, In and Out, R&R BBQ, Zao, Starbucks, Costa Vida, J-Dawgs, Bowls Superfoods, Black Rifle, Joes coffee shop, Zupas, Cubby’s, and so much more! Outdoor/all season entertainment: Hobble Creek Golf and Spanish Oaks is so close. Tons of reservoirs within 5 miles for fishing or outdoor water sports/relaxing Tons of trails and hiking - one of our favorites being the Spanish Fork River Trail. Sundance is only 25 minutes for wonderful skiing or snowboarding! The Spanish Fork Fit City Center opens December 8th and is only a 3-5 minute drive! Bball courts, indoor pools, racquetball, climbing walls, fitness classes, two indoor walking paths, and numerous cardio/weight machines. Aquatic zone and fun outside open Memorial Day- Labor Day weekend. The sports park near the river trail is also wonderful for pickleball and tennis lovers, baseball fans, playground for kids or to walk/run. Entertainment: Cinemark movie theater, coin crazy for bowling, kidstopia, the hive trampoline park are just a few near us. They have to be done on our Turo app with advance booking but do receive a discount being a guest **By booking this cottage you are agreeing to the following RENTAL RULES: 1. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage 2. Only those in the guest party permitted to stay. MAXIMUM 6 guests. 3. Neighborhood enforced quiet hours 9p- 6a. 4. NOT a party cottage, do not book for parties 5. Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. 6. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings of the renter. 7. Furnishings and appliances should be left in the manner provided to the renter. 8. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the renter 9. No sneaking in unapproved pets. Absolutely zero cats Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and driveway. Access into the house is via smart lock on the front door. Other things to note Exterior cameras are on property for safety of guests and home protection.
