Secluded property yet incredibly close to restaurants, stores, gas, coffee stands and more! Patio furniture and bbq are supplied during the summer months and are stored during fall winter and spring. Guests staying in the Sunset Bay condominiums enjoy a private beach, dock, and a personal use boat slip.*Due to HOA policy we are unable to accommodate onsite trailer parking. Willow Bay Marina (2 min away) which offers a boat launch and overnight trailer parking. Cell phone service in the area supports AT&T, T-Mobile customers but Verizon doesn’t reach this property. Wi-fi access provided to allow for texting and wi-fi calling. Long Lake supports excellent fishing, calm waters, warmer water temperatures, and access to trails and coves along Riverside State Park. Peace and quiet and stunning views are steps away. From the dock watch sunrises and sunsets, fish jump, and the bay's resident bald eagles and ospreys soar. This spacious home has room for relaxation and focused work time. There is a private king bedroom With full bathroom upstairs like a private suite. Guest access Each of the four Condominiums has a private entrance, 3 single car parking spaces, patio seating area, and additional parking spaces as needed. All guests have access to the beach and waterfront. Each condo has a designated boat slip available. Access is provided with electronic door codes in check in instructions.
