A beautiful fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances features a large fridge, Professional Gas oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso Coffee Service and many other amenities. If you are looking for something specific, please do not hesitate to ask as we likely have it in stock in the kitchen. The cabinets and pantry are stocked with cooking essentials and service for up to 12 guests. The large dining room table seats 8 and the large kitchen peninsula has additional seating for another 2. Coffee service includes both a traditional drip as well as a Nespresso coffee maker, a teapot, and a pour-over coffee maker. We provide ground coffee and several Nespresso options, sweetener and creamer packets. You’ll also find a blender and crock pot tucked away. WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is great at the home for most providers. Our internet service is very fast and very reliable but is not under our control. If we get wind of a cell or Wi-Fi outage, we will communicate that to you immediately. LOCATION: We are located a quaint and quiet Kamas neighborhood 2 blocks from downtown and the famous Bolt Ranch Store. Park City and Deer Valley's new East Village are both about 15 minutes away. Park City proper and Canyons Village are both 20 minutes away. Sundance is 40 minutes away. Park City is a world renown ski town with two massive ski resorts, PCMR (Park City Mountain Resort) and Deer Valley. As amazing as the winters are, the summers are even better and this home is the perfect hub for all things outdoors. Within minutes you will find blue ribbon fly fishing, multiple lakes, waterfalls, hiking, world class snowmobiling, mountain biking but you may not decide to leave the home its historic cozy charm and the adorable spacious covered porch. INSECTS/ETC: Kamas is a semi rural / country setting and the home is a historic cottage that’s been fully and lovingly restored. However, a country setting does mean we have regularly scheduled pest control services to keep critters at bay but you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this home. We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you notify us immediately should you find anything not to your liking. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of several locked off storage closets. The property has a reasonable amount of space between its neighbors but we ask that you show the permanent residents nearby respect by keeping any outdoor activities and noise to a minimum outside the home during quite hours of 9:30pm to 7:30am daily. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely.
