Perfect for those interested in outdoor recreation, golf, fishing, kayaking, biking, hiking or a quite place to relax, read and enjoy the North Country. The space Fully furnished, newly renovated, 1 bedroom (two queen beds), 1 bathroom (with large tub) guesthouse with full kitchen and in unit laundry. There is a queen size fold out couch and roll away cot if needed. Beautiful, quiet, 16 acre property close to wonderful recreational activities and downtown Kalamazoo and Battle Creek. Guest access White farmhouse at the junction of Augusta Dr. and 46th Street. Guest house is behind the main house and parking is available in the mowed yard within 10-50ft of guest access. Parking for 1-4 vehicles, campers and other recreational vehicles. Other things to note We have a comfortable campfire spot in the sandy area of the field that is stocked with campfire wood. Follow the mowed trail along the left side of chicken coop for about 125yds. Chairs are available on the guesthouse deck. Feel free to use the area and message us for fire starting supplies if needed. There is a short trail in the woods where more firewood/dry sticks can be obtained if needed. No need to put the fire completely out if it’s down to embers.
