Other things to note House Rules Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Guests & Visitors No sales, events, or parties are allowed under any circumstances. (This is very important.) Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors or additional people at any time. Noise & Neighborhood Respect Please keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Respect the neighbors — this is a peaceful residential area. Pets Pets are welcome! Pets must stay off carpeted areas. Please supervise them at all times and ensure they do not damage furniture, walls, or any area of the home. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets, both indoors and outdoors, to keep the home fresh for the next guest. Cleaning Before Checkout Please wash any dishes, cookware, or utensils you used. Leave the kitchen area tidy. Place all used towels in the laundry area before leaving. Take out all trash before leaving.
