Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, microwave, grilled cheese, even a waffle maker, many different seasonings/spices, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, sugar, creamer The living room has 2 large couches for extra comfort and each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV featuring Amazon firesticks/Rokus with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and plenty of other apps to choose from. Beach chairs, coolers ready for a trip to the beach or on the boat :) All essentials including soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, extra linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board all provided. High Speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire property (even outside) and Central air conditioning throughout the house! Ceiling fans in every room. All necessities are ready to go to make everything as easy as possible for your trip! Separate laundry room for our guests who stay longer than 4 days. Free Parking right in front of the house!
