Enjoy a large open kitchen, spacious living areas, a game room, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spend time together. Whether you’re looking for a quiet weekend or an active getaway, there’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Sleeping Arrangements: The Schulenburg Ranch Retreat accommodates up to 17 guests using both primary and additional sleeping accommodations. Sleeping accommodations include: • King bedroom – sleeps 2 • Bedroom with two queen beds – sleeps 4 • Bedroom with two full beds – ideal for 2–4 guests depending on your group’s preference • Loft bunk area – sleeps 3 For larger groups, the home also includes: • Queen sofa sleeper – sleeps 2 • Raised queen air mattress – sleeps 2 Additional guest fees apply for reservations exceeding 13 guests. Things to Know Before You Book We believe in being transparent so you know exactly what to expect before you arrive. Clean & Well Maintained The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay. Authentic Texas Country Living Our ranch sits on 27 natural acres in the heart of Texas. Despite regular professional pest control, occasional insects and wildlife are a normal part of country living. We intentionally preserve the property’s natural grasses, mature trees, ponds, and rural landscape to maintain its authentic Texas ranch character rather than a manicured resort setting. Water & Utilities The home is supplied by a private well with a water softening system, providing clean, fresh water throughout your stay. The property also operates on a private septic system. To help us protect it, please flush only toilet paper and avoid disposing of wipes, paper towels, feminine products, grease, or other non-flushable items. Safety Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety and property security. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas. Other things to note A few helpful notes for your stay: • This is a peaceful country setting, so you may hear natural outdoor sounds like crickets or wildlife at night • The home is on a well (with water softener) and septic system —only toilet paper should be flushed • The driveway is gravel but easily accessible for standard vehicles • Outdoor smoking only, using provided containers •Exterior security cameras are installed on the property, including the driveway, exterior entry areas (including doorbell cameras), and certain outdoor areas of the property. These are used for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home.
