Kitchen : Everything you need to cook at home and spacious dining table for 6, and breakfast bar seating for 2. Two Living Rooms : Two large living space areas to relax on the comfortable couch with coffee and a book, or dinner and movie nights with TV, Netflix & high-speed internet. Primary - Queen bed with large en suit bathroom with shower/tub combo Bedroom Two - Full bed with desk area Bedroom Three - Full bed with stylish chair Second Bathroom with brand new walk-in shower Outdoor Spaces : Spacious covered patio with hot tub, propane grill with outdoor table seating for 6 and comfy seats to enjoy your morning coffee. Propane fire pit with seating for 6 for optimal stargazing. Cowboy tub also available during the summer months (June-September) for a refreshing soak! Guest access The property and house is yours to roam and relax. Other things to note • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • OUTSIDE MUSIC Any and all amplified outside music is not allowed per the county code. We do not supply any speakers and we do not allow any speakers at the property. • DIRECTIONS GPS should bring you easily to the property • A/C & Heater The house is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year long. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • HOT TUB + POOL - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
