If you have allergies to dogs, the homeowner is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur during your stay. - This home is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the property or using community facilities. - The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, guests agree that they are assuming all risks related to the use of the property, including those invited onto the premises. - Please treat the property and all furnishings with care and keep everything in good order. Appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose. - Smoking is NOT permitted in the house and is only permitted on the outside patios. - Do not throw paper or combustible materials into the fireplace. Only use the provided logs. - Important (Mexico Plumbing): Toilets in Mexico cannot handle anything other than human waste. Do NOT flush toilet paper or feminine products. Please use the waste receptacle provided next to the toilet. - Parties that disturb the community are NOT allowed. Loud activities will not be tolerated between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Please be respectful of the community. This also applies to the community pool and surrounding areas. - There is no lifeguard on duty, and the use of the community pool is at your own risk; the homeowner is NOT liable for any risk or injury. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Dogs must be fully vaccinated, including a current rabies shot. The homeowner is NOT responsible for any injuries caused by other animals, including community dogs (such as bites, scratches, etc.). The homeowner is also not liable for your dog’s behavior, including any injuries caused if your dog bites someone.
