Tucked away from crowds and constant pings, this cozy cabin invites you to unwind with scenic walks, catch-and-release fishing in the pond, and quiet mornings on the porch. At night, enjoy a sky full of stars. Just about an hour from Augusta, it’s a peaceful home base for guests visiting the Masters Tournament—rest easy after a full day at the course. The space Frank’s place has an open layout and an inviting rustic, cabin charm creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Decorated with vintage touches, the space provides perfect corners to curl up with a book and a large dining table in the center of the cabin to enjoy meals and family time fun. Overall, the cabin has an inviting feel to make your time at Frank’s Place comfortable, relaxing and connected to its natural surroundings. Long-time resident, Scat the Cat, will likely welcome you when you arrive at Frank’s Place. Scat adopted us many years ago and lives on the property. He is a friendly cat but please be mindful that if you leave the door open he will make himself at home inside the cabin. The property has wildlife and beautiful walking trails. Be mindful of the Georgia wildlife. We have a large pond on the property and you may spot George the alligator (who also adopted us). Maintain a safe distance from the pond when walking or fishing. We spot George in the pond from time to time, so please be mindful of his possible presence and keep your children and pets away from the water’s edge. If you spot George, please do not feed him and keep at least 30 feet away from the alligator at all times. Flashlights are provided in the cabin. Because of the secluded area, we encourage you to use flashlights when walking outside or sitting on the porch gazing at the stars on a clear night. Located in Wadley, Georgia, Frank’s Place is just a short drive to the Ogeechee River and local “small towns with a big hearts” where you can explore local and charming restaurants and shopping. Frank’s Place is a peaceful retreat and perfect for a weekend escape or an extended off-grid getaway. Guest access Parking available as soon as you pull up to the cabin.
