Relax at Cedar point Cottage with the whole family, a peaceful place to stay. Waterfront property in the town of Callander overlooking Callander bay. Walking distance to dining, grocery store, convenience store and LCBO. Spend your days on the lake swimming, boating, ice fishing and snowmobiling. Boat launch is approximately 200 feet away. Property has a dock to fish on or just relax. There is parking for vehicles with lots of room for trailers with boats or snowmobiles. The space Amazing outdoor decks to enjoy the view of Callander bay and sunsets. It is only a 5 minute drive to North Bay Casino. The cottage is only 200 feet from a public boat launch. Bring your boat and enjoy Lake Nipissing fishing. Kayaks, canoe and paddle boat available. 3 bedroom cottage with 2 queen beds and 1 double bed. Unable to drink water from tap but water cooler is provided for drinking and cooking. Some bottled water is also provided. There is a pellet stove and baseboard heat for add warmth and comfort. Outdoor furniture will be put away November 1st until May 1st. If there is a heavy snow fall, snow removal will be done. Guest access You will have the whole cottage to yourself. There is a smart keyless entry door lock. Other things to note Water Please keep in mind that the water is drawn from the lake therefore not drinkable. Water cooler is provided also some individual water bottles. (Water jugs for water cooler will be provided enough for entire stay)
