The space From the half-level entrance, a short staircase leads to the main living area. On the left, the bright living room offers a large sofa, an armchair and a 50-inch Roku TV. The space is friendly and carefully decorated, combining natural textures and quality furniture. The dining room, located at the back, has a large solid wood table and a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for sharing a meal or extending the evening with ease. A patio door opens onto the covered terrace and backyard, a green space lined with mature hedges where you will find comfortable armchairs and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outside. On the right, the kitchen is distinguished by the quality of its materials and finishes. The high-end cabinets with wood-effect interiors, quartz and wood countertops and glossy ceramic backsplash create a space that is modern, functional and warm. Stainless steel appliances include a French-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, a convection stove, a quiet dishwasher, and a countertop microwave. In terms of equipment, nothing is missing: toaster, countertop oven, programmable coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, mixer, blender and complete cookware. A bathroom, accessible from the living and dining room, completes the ground floor with practicality. On the lower level, the master bedroom offers a king size bed, a 42-inch Roku TV, a fitted wardrobe and opaque curtains ensuring peaceful nights. The second bedroom features a double bed, a suitcase stand and convenient storage. The closed office, designed for teleworking, is equipped with a large worktop, an ergonomic chair, a convertible futon and an additional wardrobe. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including both levels, the terrace, the backyard, and both private parking spaces in the front. All indoor areas are exclusively reserved for their use during the stay. Only the two outdoor sheds are not accessible. Other things to note We only accept stays of 31 nights or more. The house occupies both levels of a semi-detached house. Entry is via a half-level staircase leading to the main living area. This type of split-level architecture therefore includes a few steps between the areas, which may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. To facilitate your arrival, a basic inventory is provided: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher capsules, laundry detergent, garbage bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, oil, salt, pepper and some basic spices. In medium-term rentals, we operate according to a chain of kindness: each guest replaces what they use so that the next one finds the same level of comfort. These products are designed to help you out on arrival and simplify your stay. The cleaning fee only covers cleaning after your departure.
