Lit’l Tiny Haven

Charming Brand New Tiny Home in a peaceful country setting. Escape to the quiet countryside in this brand-new 1 bedroom, 1 bath Tiny House designed for comfort and simplicity. This cozy retreat offers all the modern amenities you need while letting you unwind and reconnect with nature. Inside is a kitchen with a hot plate and NuwavPro air fryer/toaster/oven. Comfortable living area. Bedroom offers a comfortable night’s sleep after a day of skiing, exploring or relaxing outdoors. The space Living room has couch, chair and TV. Bedroom has one full-size mattress with blankets and extra linens. Bath room is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper. Kitchen has a portable induction Hot plate and a Nuwave XL Pro Air Fryer Toaster Oven, Super convection. Plates, bowls, cooking utensils, coffee cups, glasses, Keurig coffee maker with pods, tea and snacks. Guest access Parking area is provided within a few steps of porch. Driveway is shared with 703 Hevener. Signs are located on property indicating where vehicles should park. Other things to note No smoking is allowed within the Tiny House. Animals are unfortunately not welcome either due to guests inquiring prior to reserving stating they are allergic to cat/dog hair. There are two neighbor dogs that run loose, but are very friendly and like to welcome you. Bruno the Australian Shepard & Mozie the Mountain Feist love to be fed - I suggest you DON’T feed them. They understand no- just tell them to go if they are bothering you. Their owners will tie them up during your visit if requested prior to your arrival.
