Relax at a place where there’s comfortability like peace, nature, & family oriented environment. As our Airbnb guests, you will have the entire lower level of the house with other guests. Share area includes, living room, bathroom, fridge, game area and kitchenette . You will have access through the garage & in to the house. This will be a self check in & out. WiFi, Netflix & tv will be at your service. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. We ask to please be respectful to others & the home The space There’s a double deck available in the backyard for vaping or smoking follow by bucket for all the cigarette butts. Absolutely no vaping or smoking in the house or in the garage. It’s a two story house we live upstairs but I’m just a text away if you need any household supplies. once you input the code press the home button to open the garage. Please enter thru the garage watch your steps as you approach the resistance door, pass through the kitchenette, and the double door, you should be able to see your room number. To activate the light on the room keypad, turn the knob or touch the middle of the keypad and enter the code, press the check symbol once the light is green the door is open. The room door locks automatically so once the light is green open the door if not you will have to re enter the same code. You can close the garage door by pushing the middle of the remote on the wall above the light switch, once you have enter the garage. The door leading to the basement has a resistance on the door, so watch your hands. Please let me know if you have any questions. Guest access It’s a share living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room, there’s iron in the laundry room you can use as your service. During your stay Texting will be more preferable either through regular phone number or Airbnb app. Other things to note Quiet time start at 10pm to 7am, please respect it as others have to go to work in the morning. Please don’t let your car stay on the street overnight. They tow car from the street at about 3am. Your car can sleep in the driveway not on the street.
