In the heart of the Poconos and just a short walk or drive to Arrowhead Lake, The PocoNook is the perfect getaway to make memories for couples, with family, and/or for friends reconnecting. The space LIVING ROOM Entering the living room through the full glass double front doors, you will notice great natural light coming in through all the windows and a towering ceiling. Featuring a comfortable sofa with chaise and a big leather chair/ottoman next to the gas fireplace that provides warmth and ambiance while listening to your favorite music, reading a book or catching something on the smart TV. DINING ROOM / KITCHEN Enjoy dining with a view of the back yard while sitting at a custom Amish-made dining table. Outfitted with everything you need to cook your favorite meal, the kitchen provides you with an electric oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, new refrigerator and plenty of cookware. Fire up your morning coffee with our multi-functional Keurig machine. PRIMARY BEDROOM / BATHROOM Located on the first floor, the primary suite includes a comfy queen bed, a ceiling fan to cool things down a bit and plenty of extra space to make yourself at home. Read a book or watch TV from bed or from the chaise couch. A huge walk-in closet with built-in cabinets provides plenty of space for hanging or storing your clothes. The primary bathroom boasts a double vanity and a tub shower for you to choose between a relaxing soak or a nice shower. SECONDARY BEDROOM / KIDS BEDROOM On the second floor are bedrooms #2 and #3. The first bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, reading chair, smart TV, ceiling fan, and closet for storing your belongings. The bedroom at the end of the hall is for the kiddos. Furnished with a bunk bed that has a twin bed up top, full bed on the bottom and a trundle bed that pulls out to a full bed. This room also has a dresser, Pack 'N Play, endless books, games, toys, and a swivel chair for reading your young ones to sleep. LOFT AREA The open loft area provides a bonus room to play games, read a book, watch TV, or a nook to get away and relax on the couch or beanbags. This area also provides a ceiling fan. LAUNDRY ROOM A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are included. THE OUTDOOR SPACE Outside you will find several different spots to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Relax under the large covered front porch with several seating options, dine al fresco on the back patio during the warm seasons or chill out on the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. A gas grill is located on the back deck. Because of this, there are additional rental fees that we have no control over. We will reach out to you after you complete your booking to collect all the needed information to register you with the Arrowhead Lake community, such as vehicle and guest information. ARROWHEAD LAKE COMMUNITY FEES (Collected separately from the reservation) Temporary membership fees are mandatory and are assessed to all rentals for guests age 6 and up. **In Season = Memorial Day to Labor Day** 🟢 Overnight Guests and Day Guests (In-Season): ➡️ $8.50 per person/night 🟢 Overnight Guests and Day Guests (Off-Season): ➡️ $2.00 per person/night 🟢 Vehicle Gate/Access Card: ➡️ $20 per vehicle 🟢 Administration Fee: ➡️ $20 (will be paid for by host) Registration and payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival. Late registrations (less than 3 days before arrival) are subject to a $100 late fee. As with guest passes, vehicle gate passes must be applied for at a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival, or the office will not allow your vehicle to enter the community. Absolutely no changes to the number of gate cards and guest passes can be made the day of your arrival. Other things to note 🚫 No Parties. 🚫 No Smoking inside.
