Basecamp sits in a peaceful neighborhood backed by Forest Service access, perfectly placed between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Enjoy quick trips to top ski resorts—Northstar (13 mi), Palisades (12 mi), Alpine Meadows (11 mi), and Diamond Peak (15mi). Beaches like Skylandia (3 mi) and Tahoe Vista (6 mi) are close by. A paved bike trail right behind the house leads straight to Tahoe City. Adventure starts at Basecamp. The space - 10 guests max - 4 bedrooms - 6 beds: king bed, full bed, full bed, queen bed, and 2 twin trundle beds. - 2.5 bathrooms - Driveway for parking - Keurig K-Cup and Coffee Pot Guest access You must park in the driveway during November 1 – May 1; any street parking will be fined by the county of Placer. The maximum number of cars is 5 in our driveway -Please notify me if there are any issues upon arrival so we can attend to them immediately. Other things to note House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken): (1) No smoking inside or outside the property (2) No parties or events (3) No Pets allowed Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in. -Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM until 7 AM. -Please report any damages that occur to me directly Bear Country: -Ensure that all windows, sliders, and doors are locked whenever you leave the house, the bears will walk in if they smell food -Ensure NO food is left in your vehicles and that you do lock your doors -Trash day is Thursday. Please make sure garbage is properly placed in the bear bin. The lock must be engaged all the way, so please check the bottom to ensure proper latching. You will be charged for any loose garbage
