Tucked Away Retreat

Relax, enjoy the solitude or go out and explore from your base, you choose. An easy 45 minute drive from Portland, Tucked Away Retreat is located just 0.8 miles from the Crown Zellerbach Trail, where you can bike or hike, take your paddle board to the Scappoose Marina or just stay inside and binge watch TV. The deck is waiting for you to watch the deer, enjoy the trees and relax. Bring a meal or cook your own in the fully stocked kitchen. Please note: 2 adult guests, no children. The space Located in the Chapman area of Scappoose, our tiny home is situated on our private acreage, surrounded by trees. With an open concept floor plan and cozy sleeping loft, all 300 square feet was carefully designed and constructed for comfort and beauty in a compact space. Please note: two adult guests, no children. We live onsite and are available if needed however the tiny home is yours to enjoy during your stay. Guest access The house is yours to enjoy; it is situated facing away from our residence to provide a beautiful view of the trees, especially in the summer and fall. Enjoy the deck (weather permitting), the trees and the deer that wander through. Other things to note We are rural. There are wild animals, the internet can be spotty and sometimes the power goes out. If you book and it snows unexpectedly, you will be provided a refund prior to your arrival upon request. If it snows unexpectedly and you are onsite, we have 4 wheel drive trucks to get you back into town if needed.
