It has a spacious living room where you can enjoy time with family and friends , bay windows to enjoy the view over the pool and nature, patio doors leading to front porch, back terrace with BBQ seating area and side patios, a split level dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. There is a master bedroom with a ensuite bathroom and 1 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and an additional bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and heating all over the house. House is secluded, close to the beaches of Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Praia do Vau, 15 to 20 min by car. 15 min by car from the beautiful and quaint village of Alvor with cobbled stone alleys and many restaurants. Luckily restaurants are now open in Portugal, with restrictions of course. It is also a perfect "uitvalbasis" for exploring other areas, as it is 45 min from Faro (east) and also 45 min to an hour from the Alentejo(west). It is a very lovely area with much to do, golf courses, many restaurants, water sports, walkboard of Alvor, kart, horseback riding, beaches, surf, and close to the Monchique mountain with its spa. You would not get bored by just staying in the property as you have a great pool, different lounge areas to relax, read , and an amazing gardens to walk around, and enjoy the nature and birds right there.
