A 10-15 minute walk to the sea, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large garden with a private heart-shaped swimming pool with a natural beach effect. Casa Rosa Villa Christina is a charming, Italian-Caribbean-style villa located in the northern part of the island of Aruba, a 10-15 minute walk to Palm Beach, Marriott and Carlton Ritz Hotel. The BeachHouse is available for two to four people. The entire place will be completely just for you. The space The accommodation is entirely for you. The house has an open kitchen with a Corian countertop, a modern induction cooktop, and all the high-quality appliances you need to make sure you can prepare a great homemade meal to enjoy a wonderful vacation. There is a large refrigerator, a microwave/oven (with dual functionality, both as a microwave and as an oven), a blender, a rice-cooker, a toaster, air-fryer and a dishwasher. There are pots and plates, glasses, cutlery for four people and all kitchen utensils. The living room is cozy and comfortable with comfortable armchairs and sofas. There is a large 50" Smart TV, with the possibility to watch your favorite movies with Netflix, a radio, and during your stay you can connect to the free Fast Wi-Fi. There is also a washing machine and dryer. There are two bedrooms: one bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, with a safe. A second bedroom with two full-size beds that make the vacation perfect for the family. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower and hot water, a hairdryer, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The BeachHouse of Casa Rosa Villa Christina is available for a minimum of two people to a maximum of four people for a maximum of twenty-eight days. The house is a typical "BeachHouse" and is a nice little villa with many amenities to experience beach life at its best. In the garden behind the house, there is a private swimming pool with a natural heart-shaped beach effect and an outdoor shower. There is a large patio around the pool with chairs and deckchairs that allow you to sunbathe and relax in complete privacy. BEACH ESSENTIALS: We provide deck chairs, beach towels and an ice container. Upon request, we can arrange beach umbrellas through our co-host VacationAruba and give you the opportunity to organize excursions from land and sea, with fun experiences and special services. We offer the Welcome platter for four people, or Full fridge at your arrival, or Chef service upon request. The house has a large garden with beautiful tropical vegetation that attracts local wildlife. If you're lucky, you can see pretty birds nesting on the palm trees in the garden. We have two security cameras outside: one on the front porch and one on the front of the garage and one camera on the back porch of the house. They will be on during your stay. We highly recommend renting a car to explore and get to know the island. The house has a place to safely park the rental car. Aruba taxes: Tourist tax 12.5%. Environmental tax of $3 per night. A few days before arrival, you will receive more information about the house and the island of Aruba. Renting this house for a short or long stay allows you to enjoy the comfort that is offered in a quiet, safe place close to the most renowned beaches on the island. It is not rented to individual guests. 2. Do not exceed or change the number of people registered for the reservation. 3. Parties/events are not allowed. 4. Follow the pool rules. 5. Glasses/bottles and other glass objects are not permitted on the Pool Deck and Patio. 6. No smoking in the house (traditional and electronic cigarettes). 7. No pets allowed. 8. Keep outdoor noise to a minimum after midnight. 9. Please turn off the air conditioners when leaving the house. Keep the temperature already set. 10. Please make proper use of electricity and water.
