Charming coastal escape, 2 minutes to the beach!

This house was built in 1840, making it a historic gem, right in the heart of downtown Niantic. The house has modern amenities coupled with original hardwood floors and exposed beams throughout. It is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out both indoors and out. The yard is fully fenced in with a 6ft privacy fence and latching gates. In the summer, special perks include a vegetable garden that guests can enjoy, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after a beach day! The space There are 4 bedrooms, all on the 2nd level. There is a full bath on each floor of the house. The house is stocked with all the creature comforts such as extra blankets and pillows, K-cups for the Keurig, laundry amenities, and beach towels and chairs and spare sunglasses for your beach trips! There are plenty of books, puzzles, and games available if you are looking for entertainment while at the house. The backyard is fully fenced in, creating a very private environment. There is a 4 burner propane grill on the patio, as well as an outdoor shower and shaded side deck. There are lawn chairs and yard games in the little red shed out back. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house aside from the attic and half of the basement, both of which are used for storage and maintenance tools. Other things to note The upstairs ceilings are low (just under 7ft), but the master bedroom and bathroom have vaulted ceilings.
