The space Nestled in the desirable Pedro Point neighborhood, this property of 1080 sqft, offers peace and privacy while keeping you close to local beaches, coastal trails, and vibrant dining spots. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (1) Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (1) Shared area: Sofa Bed (1) Check in - 4pm Check out - 11am 24-hour check-in. Contactless check-in and departure. **Steep driveway – please use caution when driving up or down. Guest access Access to the whole house with the exception of the owner's storage. Other things to note Guests must be atleast 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration. -------- A valid ID is required at check-in. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in eviction WITHOUT refund. -------- Security Deposit of $500 for booking over 30 nights. -------- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250. -------- Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the home.
