IntiRumi Inn and (truly) Farm to Table Restaurant

IntiRumi Inn is a Posada where sustainability meets luxury. The accompanying restaurant plates rotate and are inspired on the best use of our gardens' harvests, which also means that your breakfast (not included) consists of farm fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables from the garden. Even the luxury mattresses are organic Peruvian cotton! While Caraz, offers the closest access to the most popular attractions in the Callejon de Huaylas and Huascaran National Park. The space We offer a room with a view and food fit for the gods. Rooms are individualized. Materials and labor to build Intirumi were either locally sourced or recycled materials. The rooms and structure are framed with higher than code standards, while the adobe walls add natural insulation. Hot water is supplied by plentiful solar heated tanks. Our restaurant is number one on TripAdvisor for the area, while our hotel and rooms are just opening this year. We have a full-service bar with signature cocktails. We have plenty of safe water to refill water bottles to avoid sindle-use plastic consumption. Even our packed lunches get rave reviews from our guests.
