As the property is close to nature, it’s still possible you might occasionally encounter a critter or two. ⏰ Late Check-Out Policy Late check-out requests must be made at least one day in advance and are subject to approval. Approved requests are billed at a percentage of the nightly rate. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs incur a fee of $50 per hour. 💡 Utility Policy (Long-Term Stays) For stays of 14 nights or longer, utilities (gas, water, and electricity combined) are capped at $300 per month. This allowance is typically more than sufficient. In rare cases where usage exceeds the cap, overages may be billed separately.
