This vintage charming 3-bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps up to 11 guests and sits right on the Frio River, with steps leading directly into the water for easy swimming, floating, fishing and riverside fun. The spacious deck offers breathtaking views of the river and surrounding nature, complete with string lights, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening cocktails. The side yard features a BBQ area with three different bbq pits, a fire pit for cozy nights, and cornhole boards for friendly competition. The rocky beach area across the river is perfect for lounging or picnicking, and the river itself always has a great little swimming hole. The open kitchen and living room create a welcoming space for family and friends to gather, cook, and relax together. The kitchen is fully stocked, ready for all your cooking needs. The house comfortably accommodates guests with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of sleeping spaces for friends and family. For cooler months, the living area also features a classic wood-burning fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings after a day of outdoor adventure. This makes Water’s Edge an ideal spot for holiday get-togethers and family celebrations, no matter the season. (House has central AC and heat) There’s nothing fancy here, just a comfy cozy home to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Pet's are welcome! Please read over the pet policy before making the decision to bring your fur baby. The fee is $20 per pet per night.
