Other things to note Short term bookings: Spa heating is $76 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if the pool heating is purchased) is $179 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat). Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay. Please note that for stays of 28 days or longer, a monthly utilities fee applies. The amount may vary depending on the season - $29 to $59/day depending on Pool heating etc. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
