Beautiful mid-island pet-friendly home, two bedrooms, private bath included! The best Air B&B to start your island adventure with beach bikes, beach chairs, wagon and umbrella all included! Master is beautifully decorated with beach décor, closet, dresser and new mattresses for your comfort. 2nd room has a queen bed, desk and TV. The entry area has table for 2, a Keurig coffee, fridge, hotplate and microwave. Full bath and shower. Access to washer/dryer full kitchen and gas grill included! The space This is a beautiful 2 story home, the Air B&B rooms are on the ground floor with its own entry and are completely private with a door that separates the guests from the owners that live on the top floor. There is also an additional unit on the back side of the garage that might have a guest as well. You have control of your own AC so feel free to adjust to your liking. You also have tons of closet space if you need it. Plenty of parking is available in the large driveway. Please do not park in the garage and try not to block the garage. The home is in the in the middle of the Island so it truly is close to everything. Guest access You will be getting 2 rooms and a private full bath all to yourself. No one will have access to your space, the entire area can be secured by you. Beautiful screened in porch to drink coffee in the morning and sip wine at night. You have access to 5 beautiful beach bikes. Just be sure to lock up when using. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon can all be provided just let me know what you need. In the entry room there is a microwave, mini fridge, cups, dishes silverware and K-cup coffee maker. You also have access to the Weber gas grill. It works great, the grill tools are in the garage. You also have access to a large side by side full refrigerator in the garage. I'll ensure you have space available if you need it. If you need the kitchen on the 2nd floor just let me know and I'll get out of your way! All pets are welcome! Please just ensure that dogs are caged if left unattended in the space. During your stay I will always be available when needed. I work less than 1 mile from the home Monday through Thursday from 7-6. During the weekend, I spend most of my time at the beach Sailing and Windsurfing. During the week, I leave early for work but I will be as quiet as possible so you will not be disturbed. Other things to note We have lived on the island since 2015 and can give you all info you need to know concerning the best restaurants and activities on the island and in the surrounding area.
