Beacon Hill Annex 2 is your comfortable holiday destination on the West Coast of Barbados in the parish of St. Peter. A few steps across the road from the beautiful Mullins Beach and less than 5 minutes' drive to Speightstown, the historic first capital of Barbados. Maid service once a week. 24-hour convenience store, gas station and restaurants within walking distance. Water sports are available at Mullins beach and a walk around the southern point will take you to the tranquil Gibbs Beach. The space The Annex consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, spacious, combined living and dining area, kitchen and comfortable enclosed patio. Wi-Fi is available. There are security grills installed and a lovely outdoor relaxing area within a picket fence. Located in a small cluster opposite the northern end of Mullins Beach on the West Coast road. Beacon Hill Annex 2 is your home away from home! Come and enjoy the sun and the sea! There is a 10% Government Accommodation Levy due at time of payment. Guest access The entire house is yours and the outside sitting area is a great place to relax with friends, enjoy the sun by day and the stars at night! It's lovely to sit outside and have tea and biscuits every evening and then bbq some fresh fish for supper. Beacon Hill Annex 2 is an excellent choice for two couples or a family. Next door is Beacon Hill Annex 1 so larger groups can rent both and be together! Other things to note In Barbados we have summer rates from April 15 to December 14 and then winter rates from December 15 to April 14 and these rates are reflected on the calendar. There are Specials in Summer and Fall as well! There is a 10% Government Accommodation Levy due at time of payment. There is a security camera at the entrance.
