Set on a 200-acre protected nature preserve, Quail Cottage offers walking trails and river access—perfect for guests seeking rest, reflection, and time outdoors. The space Quail Cottage is located at the end of a scenic 2-mile gravel driveway. The cottage is a private, single-level living space that shares a roofline with a machine shed, which will be locked and unused during your stay. Inside, the cottage is simple, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to help you unwind. You’ll have the entire cottage to yourself, with peaceful views and immediate access to nature. Occupancy Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Smoking No smoking or vaping inside the cottage. Smoking is permitted outdoors only; please dispose of materials properly. Fire Pit Fire pit use is weather-permitting and subject to local burn restrictions. Fires must be fully extinguished after use. Never leave a fire unattended. Wildlife & Nature Preserve Do not feed or approach wildlife. Stay on marked trails and respect the natural environment. Kayaks & River Access Kayak use is at guests’ own risk. Guests are responsible for monitoring river conditions and wearing appropriate safety gear. Loft Access The loft area is not accessible to guests. Gravel Driveway Drive slowly on the gravel driveway that goes through a working farm. Please respect heavy equipment and yield to farm vehicles. Damage & Cleanliness Please treat the cottage and property with care. Report any damage promptly. Prohibited Items Fireworks, hunting, firearms discharge, and illegal substances are not permitted on the property. Check-Out Condition Please leave the cottage in generally tidy condition. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges
