Relax with the whole family or work group at our comfy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2300sqft place! Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood, our place can easily accommodate up to 6 comfortably, a king, queen, 3 twins, plus couch daybed in the office, with a large kitchen and dining room with plenty of counter. With the taste of a small, “deep in the heart of Texas” town, it is within 6 miles of Fort Hood and the Killeen area; an hour from Austin and Waco, and 2 1/4-2 3/4 hours to San Antonio & Dallas. The space This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom can easily accommodate up to 8 comfortably - 10 maximum, with a king, queen, 3 twins, plus an air mattress twin bed in the office, with a large kitchen and dining room with plenty of counter space. There is a pool table in the garage as well as a patio/planter/lawn back yard. Very quiet neighborhood, park with playground with within .5 miles. Elementary, middle school, along with high school football field/track within the same distance. Large shopping centers within 1.5 miles. Fort Hood and the nearest hospital is within 6 miles with fairly quick access to the main highway Business 190. Guest access Just may use all parts of the house except closet in the office and pantry closet- for Airbnb storage supplies. Other things to note 1. Due to the amount of carpet in the house, absolutely no pets allowed. Otherwise there is a $500 minimum pet cleaning charge. If you have pets, we would like to offer a pet friendly Airbnb, pending availability at airbnb.com/h/cozycopperascovecottage. 2. This is a smoke free environment – absolutely no smoking or other burning/steam apparatus to include e-cigarettes, vaporizers, incense, candles, etc. $500 minimum special cleaning charge. We will contract to restoration company. 3. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings, or loud noises. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful. 4. Parking is limited to three vehicles – two in the driveway and one out front. 5. Please put regular trash in the blue garbage receptacle and recyclables in the green receptacle. 6.
