Please use caution and watch your step. ♻️ Recycling Please break down cardboard boxes before placing them in the recycling area. 📋 Mid-Term Stays (28+ Nights) For stays of 28 nights or longer, the following must be completed before check-in: 📌 Background Check: Required for each guest at $50 per person. 📌 Lease Agreement: A signed lease agreement is required for all guests. 📌 Host Approval: Guests must meet the host's applicable background and credit-check requirements. 📌 Starter Supplies: Coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies once the starter supply runs out. These requirements help provide a secure, clear, and seamless experience for everyone.
