Rio Grande Co STR Permits STR-97-25 & STR-166-25 Guest access You'll use the keys provided to enter both the main house and the apartment. Each unit has a backup lockbox in case you need it - the main house lockbox is on the right porch post (when facing the sidewalk), and the apartment lockbox is on the left door frame. To access either lockbox, open the shutter door, rotate the dials to the correct combination, press the release button, and pull the door fully open. If you use a backup lockbox, please store the key back inside to keep it secure. To lock the smart locks, push the Schlage button and turn the deadbolt.
