Quiet couple (owners) live on premises and are available if needed but guest privacy respected. Other things to note Minturn has it all! Beauty and bountiful mountain hiking and biking trails and world class skiing at Vail or Beaver Creek within minutes. Two bus trips to Vail in morning and back in the evenings or ski the Minturn Mile home from Vail (depending on snow levels). Some of the best restaurants and bars in the valley, quiet and away from the crowds, and very quiet neighborhood. Pleasant, quiet, working couple live on site and have renovated but have left its quaint and rustic charm. Not suitable for infants due to stairs and river access.
