Relax at this peaceful place. Lake Zurich is a beautiful area. This is a room in my lower level of a townhouse. You have access to the kitchen, laundry and dinning table. The living room area is restricted (owner use only). There is a powder room on the first floor and the full shared bathroom will be on the second floor. Parking: The visitor parking is 1min walk. The house is shared with me and other roommates or guests Extra service offered: Pick-up from the Ohare airport to house (ask) The space The house is located in the heart of Lake Zurich. All major stores are 5-10 mins walking distance. Costco, Walmart, Starbucks, Homedepot, Popeyes, Dominos Pizza. Polish deli, Indian grocery store, Chase bar and grill, Regal Cinema, Below’s Steakhouse, Walker Bros Pancake house, LA Fitness and many more. If you need directions or looking for a recommendations don’t hesitate to contact me and ask Guest access Garage is not available. Used as personal storage. Only entrance will be front door Other things to note For monthly request, cleaning fee and utilities fee will be added.
