The space The main house boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 well-appointed bathrooms, while the charming guest house includes a luxurious king bed, a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a Smart TV—perfect for hosting friends or family. The highlight is the massive gated pool, which can be heated to over 90 degrees for year-round enjoyment (additional fee applies). The pool is surrounded by impeccably landscaped grounds with manicured trees, creating a serene and private sanctuary. The spacious patio, shaded by lush greenery, is perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying tranquil evenings under the stars. The property is surrounded by lush trees and vegetation, creating a beautiful, natural setting. Due to this, occasional leaves may find their way into the pool. While this is part of the charm of a green, serene environment, we do our best to manage it, our pool technician visits twice a week to ensure the pool stays clean and well-maintained. Master Suite Retreat Escape to the separate master wing, featuring an en-suite bathroom that redefines luxury. This Zen-like oasis boasts a Japanese soaking tub, a skylight, a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and waterfall, and elegant tilework throughout. The suite includes an expansive walk-in closet with custom built-ins and breathtaking views of the lush rear grounds, offering a peaceful sanctuary to unwind. Guest access Guests will have access to the full property, including the main house, detached guest house, private yard, pool area, and driveway parking. Other things to note UTILITIES: For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a non-refundable utilities fee is required and is due prior to check-in. This fee helps cover electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, trash, and other utility-related operating costs. The utilities fee is based on seasonal usage and property size and ranges from $39–$69 per day (excluding pool heating). The exact amount will be determined based on the season and length of stay. If you would like to add unlimited pool heating for the duration of your stay, the additional utility fee is $49 per day. On-Demand Heating: For guests who only wish to use the pool occasionally, on-demand heating may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange heating. Pool Heating for SHORT TERM STAYS: $299 per day (large pool). Minimum: 3 days. All pool heating requests must be arranged and paid prior to use and are subject to availability and scheduling. Please note that the pool requires approximately one full day to heat, so heating requests must be made in advance to ensure the pool is ready for your arrival. The pool heating fee is non-refundable, as we have to schedule and activate the heating system in advance. BBQ: The home is equipped with a BBQ grill and propane tank(s). We provide the tanks, but they may need to be refilled during your stay. If you'd like our team to deliver and install a full propane tank, the fee is $69 per tank. Please let us know before your arrival if you'd like us to arrange this. Alternatively, you are welcome to refill the tank yourself at a nearby propane refill station or exchange location, paying only the cost of the propane. Pets: This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Additional beds: Please let us know 24 hours before your reservation if you would like us to make up the sofa sleeper so that it’s ready for your stay. Rollaway beds are also available for an additional fee. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it.
