It features an open-concept flow between the living area (with a sectional couch and large flatscreen) and the dining area (with a six-person table and four kitchen island barstools) Kitchen: The full-sized kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials 888and features modern stainless steel appliances and an oversized kitchen island Dedicated Workspace: A fully enclosed Office provides a workspace desk and includes a pull-out couch for additional sleeping capacity. Bedroom Configuration (4.5 Bedrooms / 3.5 Baths): Master Suite - King bed with an attached bathroom Bedroom 2 - (Upstairs Loft): A private upstairs space with one full bed and an attached bathroom Bedroom 3: Room with two full beds Bedroom 4: Room with one queen bed14.Shared Bath: Accessibility Note: Only one bedroom is upstairs; the rest of the main living space and bedrooms are on the first floor, offering good accessibility for mobility impairment. Amenities: Access to a full laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer is available to guests. Backyard Oasis: The property is situated on a quiet street and offers a truly serene country atmosphere. Enjoy the large 1.31-acre backyard surrounded by mature trees and shrubs for enhanced privacy. The space is ideal for small events or family games. Dipping Pool: Our 14,000-gallon built-in soaking pool (5 feet deep) is available for our guests, complete with sun bathing chairs. The pool area is enclosed by a metal fence and gate. Outdoor Dining: The pool patio features an outdoor dining area with seating for eight people and a propane. Please note the outdoor kitchen equipment is not available for use, but the seating and sink are. Parking & Safety: Ample driveway parking is available for between 8–10 cars. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke/CO detectors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher. Location & Accessibility: Enjoy the "Country vibes with city drives". Gatherings & Booking Policies: We cater to large families, family gatherings, holiday gatherings, and business travelers. We do not permit parties or bookings for late night events. Guest access All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except the utility room such as the pantry and master supply closet and any attics/crawl spaces. Outside, the Pool is open March - October. Our outdoor kitchen is not available for use but you may used the covered seating. Our home includes on-site parking via the driveway, which can accommodate 8 - 10 vehicles. The city does not permit any street parking, and our garage is used as a game room and should not be used for parking.
