From the front door you enter into a layout where, on the left, the kitchen flows into a dining area that leads to a comfortable living room. To the right of the living room is the master bedroom featuring a queen bed and a private en‑suite bathroom. Adjacent to the living area, a second living room opens into a formal dining space and offers a sliding‑door view out to the backyard. Through a hallway off that formal living space you’ll find two more bedrooms — one with a queen bed, another full‑size room (the largest of the secondary bedrooms), a shared bathroom with double sinks, and a utility closet. At the end of the hall sits a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. Outside, the backyard features a heated pool and a covered screened seating area — a perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxed evenings after theme‑park adventures. The pool itself is open (not screened), but the covered sitting space adds comfort and shade. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags. Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure. Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
