Located directly on Cross Lake, this home offers stunning sunset views & direct lake access from a private dock. Inside you'll find an open-concept living area featuring large windows overlooking the lake. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances & granite countertops, has everything you need. This lake home is located on Cross Lake in Pine City, only 1 hour north of the Twin Cities. Come and enjoy all that lake life has to offer! Indoor Living Area: -Central air and heating -Smart HD 55" TV on swivel mount - you can watch from the kitchen table -or from the comfortable leather L-shaped couch You will need to sign into your own personal TV streaming services -Board games available for adults and children Kitchen: - Brand new stainless steel appliances: gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer - Granite countertops - Dining room table with 8 padded chairs - Pots, pans, toaster, cooking and kitchen utensils - Plates, bowls, silverware, drinkware, wine glasses, coffee mugs - Keurig machine - K-cups and coffee - Dishwasher/dish soap - Trash bags Bedrooms (3) - Master bedroom - Queen sized bed - 2nd bedroom - Queen sized bed - 3rd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds Bathroom (1) - Full Bathroom with tub -Towels available for all guests -Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash Outdoor space: Large wrap around deck with amazing sunset views Outdoor cushion seating on deck for 4 with 4 foot rests BBQ grill available Firepit available (must bring or buy your own firewood) Other things to note: Extra care is taken to clean and disinfect prior to your arrival. House is on well water. A few water bottles are provided for your stay. Please be considerate of our wonderful neighbors. Guest access The living area, fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is available to be used by guests. Plenty of white towels are available in the bathroom. The outdoor deck overlooking the lake has padded, comfortable chairs with back pillows and a glass table is available, along with a BBQ propane grill. When lighting the grill, olease use the lighter in the drawer in the kitchen. In the backyard overlooking the lake, a firepit is available. Please bring or purchase your own firewood. If the BBQ grill propane tank is empty, please bring it to the local Walmart for a refill. Host is not responsible for filling an empty propane tank Other things to note During the later months of the summer season, the lake does develop a green algae. This green algae will not affect swimming in the lake, but it is important to note that this lake condition is not the responsibility of the owner. There is a lake association (Pokegama Lake Association, PLA) that is working tirelessly to lessen the green algae. The nanobubbles project is getting state wide news attention because the money and research going into this project is working! Other MN lakes with similar algae problems are now interested to begin this expensive project.
