Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and 1 acre of land with gazebo and gardens. Property is surrounded by woods on 2.5 sides that belong to the Indiana Landmarks Society. Other things to note Some important things to note about our property as you prepare for your trip. 1. Our house is almost 100yrs old, has steep steps, and is made entirely of concrete and stone. Due to the weight, the house has settled over time and you may notice a lean toward the front in some areas but the home is completely structurally sound as verified by a structural engineer. 2. Access to the home is either via the attached garage that leads to our newly finished basement or via the original stone steps (use caution) that lead to the covered porch entrance. The access code is the same for either entry. 3. In the Spring and the Fall, the area experiences an overwhelming amount of ladybugs and stink bugs. The home is regularly treated to deter these pests but occasionally one or two might be found in the home as they try to find warm spaces. They are harmless and can be easily removed.
