Reach out directly with any questions.* The space Nestled at the base of Pilot Mountain lies a quaint log cabin. On a cold winter's night, cozy up to the warm wood stove or sit outside & enjoy a beautiful fall sunset. It doesn't matter what time of year you visit, there is always something to do. Take time to visit Andy Griffith's hometown of Mayberry (Mount Airy), visit one of our local wineries, go hiking at Pilot Mountain State Park or Hanging Rock State Park, or canoe the Yadkin River. At the end of the day, you will always have a front porch swing to relax on. Additional cabin available on property for larger groups. Guest access We have an existing tiny home that is listed on Airbnb called "A Squirrels Paradise 2." Please note that other guests might be on the property. There is a shared laundry house to the right of A Mount Pilot Retreat that is available to be used by all guests on property. It also has a half bath available. The key to the laundry house is with the cabin key inside the lockbox. If you need to accommodate a larger number of guests other than what a single rental will hold, try booking both cabins to meet your needs.
