Located on eight mile point on Lake Simcoe, enjoy stunning views of the lake and incredible sunrise’s. Ice fishing, ice skating, snow shoeing and winter walks. Warm us inside with a coffee or a glass of wine by the fire. Stream movies, play board games, enjoy the tranquility of the country. The space Our cottage is open concept on the main floor. Kitchen, dining room, living room and a powder room. The primary bedroom with ensuite is also on the main floor. There is a covered porch off the main floor with a beautiful view of the lake. A perfect spot for a morning coffee or afternoon snacks and drinks. The basement of our cottage has 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and another living area with a TV Guest access The entire home is accessible except for one basement bedroom and the laundry room
