Bring the whole family to this home with lots of room for fun. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home has a large fenced backyard and parking for up to 4 vehicles. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Spacious master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and private bath. Walking distance to the Riverwalk, Bear River Park (with white bison!) and Ice Ponds (rent ice skates at Rec Center), and quaint, vibrant old town Evanston and historic railroad sites. 3-night minimum stay. No animals. The space Master bedroom: queen bed, spacious with A/C, private bathroom, walk-in closet, television, 3 dressers with lots of space for organizing your clothes, side table and light. Chippendale furniture adds a touch of elegance. Bathroom includes walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Bedroom 2: queen bed, large dresser, television, and floor fan. Bedroom 3: full/double bed, spacious room 2nd largest bedroom), dresser, desk and chair, rack for hanging clothes, mobile heater, ceiling fan. Lots of extra blankets in closet. Bedroom 4: small sofa/fold-out bed for child or short adult (5’ 5” or less). Smallest bedroom. Includes closet for hanging clothes. With large Chippendale dresser. Main Bath: off of hallway, across from washer and dryer. With tub. Included shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Living Room: couch, coffee table, dresser with board games, television, ceiling and floor fans, A/C, zero gravity chair, end tables, and guitar 🎸. Kitchen: extension of living room. Includes table with 6 chairs, A/C, double-door refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances, dishes, cookware, glasses and mugs. Fully kitted for your cooking needs with spices, cooking oil, etc. Other things to note NO MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE, without prior approval and $50/person extra. Neighbors have complained about extra people coming in (up to 15!!!). Neighbors will report extra people and any animals, and we will come and check. You’ll be asked to leave without any refund. NO ANIMALS. If animal hair, poo (even in the yard), or damage (scratches, holes in yard, etc) are discovered, you’ll be charged extra to cover the cleaning costs ($50) and repairs. Sorry, we love animals too, but the ones we have allowed (or been snuck in) have been a problem.
