Includes a private entrance. Centrally located in Portage just minutes from Stryker, Pfizer & hospitals for the medical professional along with shopping, dining, bike paths, and parks. You will love this quiet and safe neighborhood to relax and rejuvenate! The space You’ll enjoy the entire “garden level” of a bilevel home. This is our second space on Airbnb and our adult son lives on the main level. A friendly cat lives upstairs and rarely ventures from the underside of the couch! We are offering a driveway and possible garage parking space with a private entrance to your level. Please note there are about six steps to head down to your entrance. The laundry room is located on your level, which is the only shared space! The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with sidewalks and lots of families. We recently added blackout curtains in the bedroom, and there is soundproofing so we are equipped to handle third shift workers! This is a new space and we are constantly making improvements. Please reach out with any questions! Guest access Enjoy the entire spacious garden level of the home aside from a shared laundry room. You’ll also have a parking spot in the garage or driveway with a private entrance to your space! Other things to note There are three young men who live in the upstairs of this home, and love to “game” in their bedrooms, sometimes late into the evenings … but the bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the guest bedroom. The space would be perfect for third shift workers or those who sleep with ear plugs/white noise (just in case!) but please know the young men that live there are respectful and aware of the guests needs. Please note: December 1-March 15 there is no overnight parking on the street from 2am-6am. There is a carpool parking lot nearby if you have more than one vehicle.
