House for a peaceful stay

NO, THIS IS NOT A HOUSE TO SHARE, EXCLUSIVE ACCOMMODATION FOR YOU (POOL INCLUDED)!! This 1-hectare plot formerly used as a wine press, has now been renovated. Our house is located in the village of Santa Eufémia (30 km from Guarda and Spain) where you have a date with calm and nature. The space NO, THIS IS NOT A HOUSE TO SHARE, EXCLUSIVE ACCOMMODATION FOR YOU (SWIMMING POOL INCLUDED)!! House not overlooked. Large 1-hectare olive grove formerly with vines. Swimming pool bordered by natural grass, a pool house with a barbecue, a pool house with a bread oven. A hut, a slide, a swing for children in the garden. Large parking lot for cars. Upstairs terrace with views of the village and the "Serra de Sao Pedro" mountain. What is nice about this house is that when it was redone (start of reconstruction in 2008) we decided to leave it with traces of what it was before, an old "lagar do vinho" (wine press) and storage for the fruits and vegetables that were grown. That is why we find in bedroom 3, for example, this "open square" which was before the place where the grapes were stored in order to be crushed. In addition, each part of the house has an exit door on the ground floor terrace. Bedrooms 2 and 3 consist of a bathroom, which makes these rooms a "master suite". The bathroom and bedroom each have a door to enter and exit. In the living room, for example, you also have two doors, the one that opens to the outside (outside the house where you can park 2/3 other cars) and one that opens to the terrace of the ground floor and the garden. This really facilitates access and gives some privacy to each person in the house as if there were several houses in one.
