The space Single level, fully furnished ranch style home located in Gate City, VA. We are 5 mins from Kingsport and 30 mins from Johnson City or Bristol. Some of the local attractions nearby are The Carter Fold, Devils Bathtub, Bristol Motor Speedway, Natural Tunnel and Bays Mountain. We are also in close proximity to local hospitals, Eastman and Holston Army Ammunition Plant. Guest access We want our guests to feel like they are at their home away from home. They have access to the full house, carport and backyard fire pit area and river at own risk Other things to note Access your fishing license and bring a fishing pole if interested. House is on dead end street with only 5 houses. Bring hiking/biking clothes and equipment if you’re planning to take advantage of our great spots…or your dancing shoes for the Carter Fold if that’s your jam!
